WEB SERVER LOG
For websites to function smoothly and to allow troubleshooting where necessary, logs are generally kept on the web server, recording IP addresses. Like many other companies, we operate our website via the servers of a professional service provider. While IP addresses alone do not constitute personal data, they could theoretically be linked to individuals with the help of tracking tools. In addition, the time, browser type, and page visited are recorded. These logs are deleted after one month.

CONTACT FORM
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the enquiry form, including the contact details you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. However, your accommodation enquiry can only be used by you and sent to us electronically if you explicitly agree to this privacy and data-use statement by clicking to confirm. EMAIL DELIVERY VIA RESEND
To technically deliver the enquiries submitted via our contact and review forms, we use the email delivery service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). The data you provide in the form (including name, email address, phone number, address, and your message) is transmitted to and processed by Resend for this purpose. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Resend. As Resend is based in the USA, the data transfer takes place on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses as well as Resend's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
